Additional Terms & Conditions:

• Residential hive pricing assumes no consideration for the prevention or deterrent of predators or other wild animals and that the hive(s) can be placed in an unobstructed, unelevated, generally safe and secure area.  Additional consideration or prevention measures may be required at an extra charge.
• Hives, hive equipment and colonies remain the property of BizzyBee while on your property. 
• You will not use pesticides while BizzyBee hives are on your property, especially mosquito fogging.
• You agree to not disturb, open or otherwise tamper with BizzyBee hives on your property.  
• BizzyBee will replace colonies in the event of “natural” causes such as routine abscond or hive collapse at a rate of one time per year at no charge.  If required, additional replacements over and above one time per year, will be provided in the following season. If colony replacements continue to be required, hive relocation may be required.  If colony replacement is required due to “unnatural’ causes such as use of pesticides, intentional damage to hive equipment, etc. a $300 per hive charge will be due prior to replacement.
